10 large banners have been printed & delivered to Kielder - install is happening this week! This is the final major display of my PhD project ‘Another Dimension’ @visitkielder. Photographs will be tied to trees along the forest path to Turrell’s #Skyspace & @kielderobservatory
So proud of @[100001998513390:Partington's Pots] who worked with St Philip’s C of E School #salford to make this fab mural, near our studio/favourite place @[207142632652477:Islington Mill]. The big mural reveal was today!
Listening 🎧 to this @voxdotcom podcast on Aphantasia (the inability to see with the mind’s eye) has blown my mind! It’s made me question some of my research thinking, considering a photographic imagination of dark skies. With my photography and art making, I totally take the imaginary for granted…
Had such a fun Sunday at @sftoc yesterday! Lots of brilliant live music and art in #salford. So nice to feel the fantastic buzz 🐝 around and to watch bands again after so long!
A good day working out image display for my outdoor exhibition opening @visitkielder in June. @partingtonspots & I ended up using a 2 meter stick to work it all out as the tape measure was too bendy!
Working on an edit for an upcoming exhibition. I really like this image of @new_old_things who was an ace model on our Boxing Day 2021 shoot!
